The Original Board
You Donut know how much I love you..
Our largest board which says 'You Donut know how much I love you..' holds an incredible 60 or 120 donuts (if you double them up!). The board is 1.65mx1.33m. It comes with a stand so it's completely free standing or can be placed on a table - the choice is yours.
Due to it's size, this board is collection only from Guildford so you must transport it yourself. It fits in 7 seater cars or vans.

The Medium Board
Donut forget a treat..
Our Medium Board which says 'Donut Forget A Treat..' holds an amazing 51 or 102 donuts (if you double them up!). It comes with a stand so it's completely free standing or can be placed on a table - the choice is yours.

The Round One
A Hole Lotta Love
A white, round board which holds 68/136 donuts. It will say 'A Hole Lotta Love'. The text is removable should you wish to hire it without. The board comes in two parts for easy transportation.
White Love Heart
No wording
One of our newest boards is the white love heart. Gorgeous, large and decorated in flower vines you cannot go wrong with this simple but effective board. It holds 50 or 100 donuts. It comes apart for easier transportation.
The Smallest Board
Donut Worry Be Happy
Small, but mighty! Do not under estimate our smallest board. This board still holds 32 or 64 donuts if you load them on. This is available with or without the flower garlands. Suitable for slightly smaller events.

Prices
Since early 2018, the cornerstone of our service has been raising money for charity. We hired out donut boards for charity and now it has turned into a business. We also understand that event planning comes at a costly price and we want to give back to the community by providing a donut board hiring service at a fraction of the cost. Our dedicated team is willing to work after hours, sorting out the board you need, to help you have a unique addition to your special event. We promise to provide you with the best boards for the best price.
We have three packages available starting from just £40 for dry hire.
➖Dry hire - which means you must collect and return yourself to our home in Guildford. This is £40 and you are required to source your own donuts. A donut wall of your choice, a stand and fresh paper doilies for each peg is supplied. We offer this for people wanting to keep the cost down.
➖Delivery package - From £60. This depends on the event location and is calculated on a booking by booking basis. This includes a donut wall of your choice, plus a stand and fresh paper doilies for each peg. We will deliver the board and install it at your venue and collect it after. You will need to supply your own donuts.
➖ All inclusive package - from £105 This will increase slightly depending on event location. Price quoted is within 3 miles from GU2 9TH. Suiting people who want no hassle and everything taken care of. This package includes a donut board of your choice, with a stand and fresh paper doilies for each peg. This also includes up to 68 standard donuts (amount depends on how much board holds). 4 types of donuts available. We will purchase the donuts and create an eye catching pattern on the board. We will create patterns on the computer for you to select prior to the event. We will deliver, set up and collect everything once finished. All inclusive suits people who have a lot to do on the day of the event and can relax knowing everything is taken care of. More donuts available upon request.
We have additional extras also available to add on to any package, such as changing the type or removal of flowers (to suit your event) or adding fairy lights. We can also supply customised paper bags for your guests to use with the donuts for example ‘Mr and Mrs Jordan 1.01.2019’ or ‘Lizzi’s 21st birthday’. Please ask us for prices.

🍩What are you?
➖We are a Surrey home based organisation which has 5 varying handmade donut board for all events from just £40. Providing our hirers with a fantastic addition to their event at the fraction of the cost. The donut boards obviously display donuts and double up as fantastic decoration for your guests. The boards can be collected from our home and taken anywhere, or delivered locally. We are also suppliers for Gorse Hill and Hartsfield Manor.

🍩What events are these suitable for?
➖We’ve had a mixture of everything and anything and there are no limitations! Our most popular events are weddings, christenings, birthday parties, baby showers and engagement parties. However they’ve been used for many things such as fundraisers and fairs.
🍩When do I pay?
➖If your booking is within a year of the event, we take a £20 non refundable deposit. Your date is unfortunately not secured until this has been received due to high demand. The remainder is then due 4 weeks before the event. If you’re booking further in advance, we will arrange to collect the deposit slightly closer to the time due to the nature of the boards for example the rare occasion that they are damaged beyond repair. Should this happen we will contact you immediately whether the deposit has been collected yet or not.
🍩I’m planning on collecting/returning a board from your home, what car do I need?
➖This is dependent on the board. Our smaller brown and white board fit in the majority of mid size cars with the back seats down. The frames are the biggest part and often fit fine when hooked over front passenger seats. For our original large board however, a seven seater or van is required. We always check in with you and ask what car you will be bringing as we know what they fit into. If you are collecting, we require the address you are taking the board to.
🍩What happens if I damage the board whilst it’s being hired?
➖Unfortunately, whilst rare, accidents do happen. Our boards are extremely robust and they take a lot to break so I am confident this will not happen. If you do break or significantly damage the board, as this is a small business we will expect you from the kindness of your heart to help us fund the repair of the board.

Terms and Conditions
Things You Need to Know
In today’s market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent terms and conditions for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
DONUT BOARDS – GENERAL
Donut Board Hire Surrey holds full Public Liability Insurance, a copy of our insurance policy can be provided upon request. The donut board hire is for one 24hr hire period, unless arranged otherwise. Please note, 'dry hire' is completely at your own risk.
Our boards can be either hired as just the board only or with your choice of supermarket style donuts.
You are not permitted to mix your own donuts with donuts provided. This is for insurance and product traceability reasons. Any donuts left over at the end of your event are to be removed prior to collection for you to enjoy at your leisure.
If the delivery or all inclusive package is chosen, a board will be delivered and set up by us on a date and time specified by you, once the board is in location then it cannot be moved by anyone other than Donut Board Hire Surrey
Under no circumstances can anything such as banners or pictures be attached to the wood on our donut boards. Please feel free to attach things to the flowers.
Placing an booking with Donut Board Hire Surrey denotes that you have read, agreed and understood these terms and conditions, so please read these carefully. No alterations to these terms and conditions can be made unless agreed to in writing.
Donut Board Hire Surrey reserves the right to remove our boards from any event before the end of the hire period if we deem that the sweet cart is in danger of damage or we are faced with abusive or threatening behaviour.
Donut Board Hire Surrey is not able to hold a selected date for you. If the deposit has not been paid at the time of booking, we reserve the right to release the date.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing, via text, messenger or email and be guaranteed once the relevant payment has been received.
Although we endeavour to ensure that your donut choices are presented to you, occasionally suppliers change their donuts, withdraw them from sale or have a quality alert on them, so on these rare occasions we reserve the right to substitute a donut for a similar variety.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
If your booking is more than 6 weeks away, then we require a £20.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, We will then require full payment no later than 2 weeks to your event taking place. If your booking is less than 6 weeks away then we require full payment.
We accept payment by Paypal, cash or by cheque, however payment by cheque requires a cheque guarantee number and expiry date to be written on the back of the cheque. Payment can also be made by bank transfer full details are provided on your invoice.
If Donut Board Hire Surrey haven’t received full payment 2 weeks before your booking, then we reserve the right to withdraw acceptance of your order. No delivery will be made without full payment.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any returned or unused stock.
NUT ALLERGIES
Donut Board Hire Surrey has many donut suppliers. We are fully aware of the serious risk to people who have nut allergies. It is with regret that due to cross contamination within the sweet factories that Donut Board Hire Surrey is unable to guarantee that the products we supply has not come into contact with nuts or nut derivatives.
If you have any questions or require specific information about a certain product then please let Donut Board Hire Surrey know and we will do our best to help.
CANCELLATION FEES
Less than 8 weeks prior to your event – 10% of total cost or £20 deposit whichever is the greatest.
Less than 4 weeks prior to your event – 50% of charge is due, including deposit.
Less than 2 weeks prior to event – 100% of charge is due.
Anyone wishing to cancel must contact Donut Board Hire Surrey as soon as possible on 07730261447 followed up by confirmation in writing by email to donutboardsurrey@outlook.com
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, please inform Donut Board Hire Surrey within 5 working days of your event taking place. We reserve the right to refuse compensation with any complaint received after 5 working days after your event has taken place.
LIABILITIES
In no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the invoice value of the contract.
Donut Board Hire Surrey or any of our representatives shall not be liable in respect of damages/injury/loss or any other damage incurred in respect of this hire, as a result of any defect or damage to the item and the customer shall satisfy him/herself of the suitability/condition/placement of the equipment upon receipt.
In no event shall Donut Board Hire Surrey be liable to you for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay to provide service under this agreement if such delays of failures are due to strikes, weather, fire, riots, acts of god, theft, terrorism, vandalism or other causes beyond our control, as defined by standard practices in the industry. Such failure or delay shall not constitute a default under this agreement.
LAW
These terms and conditions and any contract formed between us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
PRIVACY POLICY
Donut Board Hire Surrey will treat any personal information you provide in accordance with the data protection act of 1998, any information you supply will only be used to contact you in connection with services provided and to respond to any requests you have made to provide the requested information.
Donut Board Hire Surrey WILL NOT under any circumstances sell, trade or rent your information to third parties.
